On Tuesday, Nov. 19, at approximately 1 a.m., officers responded to a burglary alarm at Superior Auto Service in the 12200 block of Wilkins Avenue, where they found a front window that was shattered and property missing.

While investigating the first incident, officers received a second report of a burglary at RMA Transportation, also in the 12200 block of Wilkins Avenue, where there were employees present at the time who confronted the minors, and sent them running away.

The three boys were located nearby with stolen property in their possession, according to the Montgomery County Department of Police.

The 11 and 12-year-olds were released to their guardians.

The 13-year-old was charged with two counts of second-degree burglary and conspiracy, then released to a guardian.
